Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction of new composite parts into pre-preg production from first build through to stable serial manufacture.
- Own process definition, including layup methods, tooling concepts, cure cycles, trimming, and inspection routes.
- Be hands-on in resolving day-to-day production issues, driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Work closely with design engineering to ensure parts are producible at rate and to specification.
- Set and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, scrap reduction, and right-first-time performance.
- Support capacity increases and production scale-up activities as required.

- Proven ability to lead by example on the shop floor and take ownership of technical challenges.
