Skills
Background in the technical world, you should have been a developer, architect or in another technical role in your past
Understanding of enterprise IT, agile delivery and DevSecOps style working
Experience in a senior technical leadership role, this should be providing oversight to a programme or team of teams (CTO, principal architect or similar)
Knowledge of government IT, HR and technology management processes
Experience in developing and driving the roadmap for a major technology programme
A broad understanding of cyber security and how this influences technical choices for IT and engineering systems
Clear experience in technical and IT enablement for a technology focussed organisation, supporting delivery of change
Solid experience working with senior leadership teams and programme boards
