Summary: The Technical Lead role is a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic technology consultancy, requiring expertise in full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead technical discussions and ensure best practices while collaborating with a dedicated team. This contract position is remote with occasional client visits, emphasizing the need for strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Demonstrate and apply experience in full-stack applications, including technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .Net.
- Manage Azure and ARM templates for cloud infrastructure development and deployment.
- Implement BDD, TDD, and SOLID principles effectively.
- Utilize Object-Oriented programming, enterprise integration, and microservice architecture skills.
- Estimate work and assist team members in sizing tasks.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in full-stack application development.
- Knowledge of React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .Net.
- Experience with Azure and ARM templates.
- Understanding of BDD, TDD, and SOLID principles.
- Strong Object-Oriented programming skills.
- Enterprise integration and microservice architecture experience.
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences.
