Summary: The Dynamics 365 Technical Lead will spearhead the delivery of complex technical solutions for a large-scale CRM transformation program, working in a hybrid environment. This role involves leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and collaborating with both business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals. The position requires a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, along with leadership capabilities to mentor development teams. The contract is for 6 months with potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 - including Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions
- Develop custom features using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, and .NET
- Lead system integrations and data migrations from Legacy and third-party platforms
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability of CRM solutions
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations
- Strong technical skills across the D365 stack, including custom development
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience leading teams and providing technical guidance across project phases

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired:
Experience with the Project Operations module
Familiarity with Azure integration services
