Summary: The Technical Implementation & Support Manager will lead projects and provide technical support, ensuring seamless integration of software and systems for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft tailored hybrid mailing and eDelivery solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Deploy and configure systems, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure.
- Create automation scripts and workflows to optimise deployment and delivery processes.
- Provide first and second-level support for technical issues and monitor system performance.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and client training.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients during and after implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and gather feedback to enhance solutions.
- Identify process enhancements and stay updated on emerging technologies in mailing and eDelivery.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in technical implementation or support roles.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, Java) and Scripting for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-focused mindset.
