Location : Hybrid 4 Days per week in Salisbury Office
Should have extensive experience in Hard Facilities Management within high-security or regulated environments (e.g., Defense, Nuclear, or Life Sciences, Labs) managing complex, safety-critical estates and laboratory infrastructure.
Proven mastery of Building Services Engineering, specifically holding an NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation (or equivalent) with a focus on mechanical systems and high-end HVAC.
Expertise in Engineering Risk Management and hazard-based approaches, including the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) and implement long-term engineering controls for safety-critical systems.
Deep knowledge of H&S statutory processes, Building Regulations, and Asset Management (fixed/non-fixed) to ensure a fully compliant and auditable estate.
Advanced proficiency in BMS (Building Management Systems), industrial HVAC technologies, Ability to provide technical leadership and assurance for large-scale investment programmes (e.g., NBSC, HSE Interventions) ensuring infrastructure is fit-for-purpose and operationally resilient.
