Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing requirements across engineering, projects and production
- Source and onboard suppliers for parts and services
- Issue RFQs and negotiate pricing, lead times and terms
- Raise and maintain purchase orders within ERP/MRP systems
- Expedite deliveries and manage delivery risks
- Monitor stock levels and support stock takes
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data
- Attend production, design and contract review meetings
- Provide supplier performance feedback on cost, quality and delivery
- Support spare parts sourcing and quoting
- Arrange shipping and export documentation where required
- Resolve invoice queries, returns and supplier issues
