Summary: The role of Technical Designer involves delivering Cat A & Cat B commercial office fit-out projects for a growing interiors practice in Berkshire. The position requires advanced Revit skills and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The designer will work closely with the team in the office three days a week and is expected to have a strong technical background in commercial interiors. This is a 6-month rolling contract with a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Cat A & Cat B D&B commercial office schemes
  • Take projects from concept stage through to completion
  • Produce and develop drawings in Revit, with strong knowledge of families
  • Apply excellent technical knowledge to job running and project delivery
  • Collaborate closely in the Berkshire office (3 days per week)

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Designer in commercial interiors
  • Advanced Revit expertise – confident with families and detailing
  • Job running experience – able to take ownership of delivery
  • Design & Build (D&B) background desirable
  • Strong technical and detailing skills

Salary (Rate): £300.00 daily

Contract Technical Designer Berkshire (3 days per week in office) | £275–£300 per day (Outside IR35) | 6-Month Rolling Contract

We’re supporting a busy commercial interiors practice with a huge pipeline of Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects. Due to rapid growth, they urgently need extra hands to deliver – interviews are already booked for Tuesday 22nd and Friday 25th.

The Role

  • Deliver Cat A & Cat B D&B commercial office schemes
  • Take projects from concept stage through to completion
  • Produce and develop drawings in Revit, with strong knowledge of families
  • Apply excellent technical knowledge to job running and project delivery
