Summary: Synechron is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join their Oracle team, focusing on a long-term project for a leading financial bank. The role demands extensive knowledge of Oracle Financials and involves project delivery, reporting, and managing tasks among resources. The candidate will also be responsible for understanding and transforming accounting data sets and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing mapping and transform layer
- Project delivery reporting status packs
- Running daily scrums and managing the task list among resources
- Identifying and unblocking blockages
- Understanding of primary and secondary ledgers with mapping/transform between both
- Understanding of consolidated reporting
- Reviewing end-to-end system architecture and identifying distinct work packages to enable delivery
- Able to manage multiple projects in parallel
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials FAH & GL

- Specific exposure working on Finance transformation projects
- Good experience of SQL and PL/SQL
