Summary: The Technical Delivery Manager (Data) will lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics services across various vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects and delivering innovative data solutions. The position is based in London and offers a flexible working arrangement of one day a week in the office. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure successful development and deployment of data and analytics services.
- Manage complex projects and lead technical teams.
- Engage stakeholders and manage risks effectively.
- Handle the full life cycle of data projects.
Key Skills:
- Leadership in multi-vendor environments.
- Experience with BI/Warehousing and Agile Scrum.
- Knowledge of data warehouse architecture (star schema, Kimball, Inmon).
- Project management skills (PRINCE2, PMP) and ITIL principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management abilities.
- Ability to manage full life cycle of data projects.
- Familiarity with emerging tech and MPP environments (nice to have).
- Experience with data warehouse design architectures (nice to have).
- Relevant degree and 5+ years in data delivery.
- Certifications in project management or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Willingness to occasionally travel.
