Summary: The Technical Delivery Manager (Banking Domain) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex technical projects within the banking sector, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role requires collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, and product managers to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and bank objectives. We are hiring for Technical Delivery Manager (Banking Domain) Location : Hybrid 2-3 days in Northampton Office Manage the full lifecycle of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint execution. Expert knowledge and practical application of Agile/Scrum for large-scale, complex technical projects Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; experience contributing to internal controls, policies, and procedures. Strong understanding of the software product lifecycle and ability to align delivery with security and regulatory standards in a banking context. Collaborate closely with software engineers, quality teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality products and features strictly aligned with the bank's objectives, regulatory requirements, and security policies Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects Ability to lead and coach a team (or guide peers in an IC role), set strategic direction, and advise on operational effectiveness.
