Summary: The role of Technical/Data Analyst involves supporting a healthcare company's decommissioning project during a large-scale transformation in London. The analyst will engage with the legacy tech stack to provide reports, documentation, and recommendations on best practices for decommissioning. The position requires a strong background in data analysis and experience with legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support decommissioning project by analyzing legacy tech stack.
- Provide reports, reviews, and documentation on decommissioning best practices.
- Create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and workflows.
- Review data in legacy systems, particularly using SQL and Cognos.
- Document data owners and understand Master Data Management (MDM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Skills:
- Experience in decommissioning programmes and reviewing legacy estates.
- Strong background in creating ERDs and workflows.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with Cognos and ideally Oracle.
- Understanding of MDM, KPIs, and data sources.

We are working with a healthcare company in the London area looking for a Data / Technical Analyst to support with their decommissioning project as they undergo large scale transformation.
You'll be diving into their legacy tech stack to provide reports / reviews, documentation and recommendations on decommissioning best practices.
You'll need:
- Experience in decommissioning programmes / reviewing legacy estates
- Strong background creating ERDs/ workflows
- Excellent SQL and experience in Cognos (and ideally Oracle) as you'll be reviewing data in these legacy systems.
- Understanding of MDM / KPIs / Data Sources and detailed documentation of data owners etc
