Summary: The Technical Contract Manager for Data Centre Solutions in Northolt, UK, is responsible for overseeing local Change Management and Quality Control at the facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local Change Management and Quality Control at the facility.
  • Provide leadership and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met.
  • Oversee technical matters related to Plant and Equipment Maintenance.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure maintenance work complies with site policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Implement standardized CBRE programs for maintenance operations and reporting.
  • Coordinate achieving local or corporate level industry certifications.
  • Review and enhance Methods of Procedures (MoPs) for maintenance work.
  • Run Health & Safety meetings and standardize local Health & Safety programs.
  • Create or validate a Scope of Service (SoS) for equipment maintenance.
  • Develop an asset lifecycle program for risk-managed investment options.
  • Manage processes and procedures for service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance.
  • Run a standardized change control process in conjunction with client systems.
  • Provide leadership in contract and financial management, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Ensure optimum staffing structures and competency across contracts.
  • Embed Critical Environment Risk Management methodology across the site.
  • Coordinate training for all CBRE critical environments programs.
  • Run weekly and monthly meetings to communicate site KPI analysis.
  • Make operational decisions and support budgetary control.
