We're hiring a Technical Content Solutions Consultant to join a leading global technology company supporting high-profile consumer products. This role will focus on creating clear, effective external Help Centre content, troubleshooting product and user issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Experience creating external Help Centre, technical support or product content
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and troubleshoot product issues
- Excellent written communication, translating complex information into clear user-facing guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience identifying repeatable/scalable solutions
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support and other cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience within global technology, digital or consumer product environments is highly desirable
