Technical Consultant

Summary: The EBS Techno-Functional Consultant will implement and configure Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Recruitment, tailored to meet business requirements. The role involves gathering and analyzing HR processes, supporting integrations, and providing ongoing functional support to ensure system stability. Additionally, the consultant will lead enhancements and updates while ensuring defect resolution and business-as-usual support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document HR processes into functional and technical specifications.
• Support integrations and data migration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and run testing cycles.
