As Technical Compliance Coordinator, you will support the IME Manager team in the delivery of technical assurance, compliance and asset management activities across the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating technical assurance and compliance activities across the IME function.
  • Setting up and coordinating mandatory Engineering Reviews, using data from maintenance support systems.
  • Monitoring and reporting technical compliance, including identifying and escalating potential non-compliance.
  • Maintaining technical and asset information across systems including Maximo and competency management systems.

  • Coordinating internal audits and technical checks, tracking actions through to completion.
  • Supporting the RM3 quality framework for the IME Manager team.
  • Coordinating technical competency management and maintaining accurate competency records.
  • Supporting Mott MacDonald's "Predict and Prevent" asset stewardship and continuous improvement strategy.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in a technical compliance, engineering assurance, asset management, maintenance or quality environment, ideally within rail, transport, infrastructure or another safety-critical industry.

You should have:

  • Experience working with technical standards, compliance or assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
  • Experience coordinating audits, inspections or engineering reviews.
  • Familiarity with asset or maintenance management systems — Maximo experience would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, maintenance and operational teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving continuous improvement.

Why Apply?
