Summary: The Technical Coordinator role at a reputable residential construction company in London focuses on providing essential technical support to site and project teams for efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries from site teams and subcontractors.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely technical support and guidance to ensure efficient project progression.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and discrepancies on site, escalating complex matters as necessary.
- Liaise with external consultants (architects, engineers, etc.) to clarify technical details and obtain necessary information.
- Track and manage the flow of technical information between the design team and the site team.
- Assist in the coordination and management of the Building Regulations approval process.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of technical queries, responses, and resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation as required.
- Contribute to value engineering exercises and identify potential technical solutions.
- Ensure that the latest drawings and technical information are readily available to the site team.

- A strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials used in residential developments.
