Summary: The Technical Cloud Enablement Consultant role involves working within a specialist technical enablement function at a UK-based cloud services organization. This partner- and customer-facing position focuses on facilitating the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other Microsoft cloud services through various technical engagements. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with sales and technical teams to translate complex capabilities into clear outcomes and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical enablement (workshops, demos, assessments, readiness sessions) across M365 and Copilot
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners/customers—understanding goals, challenges and requirements, and mapping solutions accordingly
  • Provide pre-sales technical leadership in meetings and solution engagements
  • Stay current on AI/Copilot/M365 updates and share insight internally
  • Support partner/customer queries via email and research-led responses
  • Contribute to solution testing and evaluation of cloud vendor capabilities and improvements
  • Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives that strengthen team delivery

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering technical enablement or consultancy across Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot (plus related cloud services)
  • Confident communicator—able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (small groups through to larger sessions)
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and follow process—while improving it where needed
  • Technical knowledge (core): Hands-on experience supporting Modern Workplace environments (e.g., M365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of Azure and Entra (Identity)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Business Applications / Power Platform
  • Understanding of security principles and tooling (e.g., Defender, Intune)
  • Strong grounding in AI concepts and Microsoft Copilot, ideally including Copilot Studio

Technical Cloud Enablement Consultant A well-established UK-based cloud services organisation is hiring a Cloud & AI Enablement Consultant to sit within a specialist technical enablement function. This is a partner- and customer-facing role focused on helping organisations adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot and broader Microsoft cloud services through technical workshops, demos, readiness activity and consultative pre-sales support. You’ll be the go-to person for Copilot and AI-led workplace solutions , supporting engagements from early discovery through to enabling successful deployments and adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and technical teams, translating complex capability into clear outcomes and commercial value.
