I'm working with a well-established wealth management business that's investing in its Salesforce platform. They need a Technical BA to join the Wealth CRM team and turn what the business wants into requirements the Salesforce team can actually build.
It's an initial contract to the end of December, and it's expected to extend through to the end of 2027, so there's a good long run of work here.
What you'll be doing:
- Turning business requirements into clear, buildable Salesforce user stories in Azure DevOps
- Being the go-between for the Product Lead, business BAs and the technical team
- Using your Salesforce knowledge to shape solution design and spot problems early
- Testing new functionality before it reaches UAT and production
What they're looking for:
- Strong Technical BA experience in a Salesforce environment
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce config, flows/automation and integrations
- Agile delivery experience, writing and prioritising user stories
- Confident communicating with both business stakeholders and developers
