- Define and document API integration flows, including exception handling mechanisms.

- Participate in technical solution design discussions and provide input on system scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements or new features.
- Support testing, defect management, and deployment activities across SDLC.
- Provide training and support to users as necessary.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, custom objects, relationships, validation rules, flows, and process builders.
