Summary: The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of a new Risk & Controls framework within the TRCB programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GBGFs to capture and document detailed requirements.
  • Design and deliver a Risk & Controls framework including preventative, proactive, and detective controls.
  • Support the central team in redefining controls, KCIs, and metrics.
  • Map reporting requirements to source systems and define interfaces.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for reporting solutions.
  • Work with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to support delivery.
  • Define and manage test cases, oversee testing activities, and support release communications.
  • Conduct data analysis from multiple sources and support observability tooling for capacity/risk identification.
