Summary: The Technical Business Analyst (M365/EUC) role focuses on conducting in-depth business and technical analysis, particularly in the context of cloud infrastructure and modern workplace transformation. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure compliance with governance processes. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day a week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, technical diagrams, and process mappings.
• Support project execution by translating technical requirements into business needs and assisting with data analysis to identify key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features based on business value and customer needs.
• Ensure governance compliance by following stage gate processes, managing project documentation, and reporting risks, issues, and progress to key stakeholders.
• Key technical skills for this role will be around Cloud & Infrastructure, in particular O365, Windows 10/11/Laptop Rollouts, application deployment but not limited to this.
• Modern workplace transformation experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
