• Act as a hands-on contributor in sprint planning, refinement, and delivery execution.
• Manage requirements and backlog refinement.
• Demonstrate Team Lead skills, supporting and guiding junior analysts.
• Manage senior stakeholders across business functions, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams for accurate data sourcing and transformations.
• Support analysis of data quality, controls, and dependencies in a regulated banking environment.
