Summary: The role of Technical Business Analyst involves joining a major digital transformation programme aimed at modernising core business systems and delivering a cloud-first architecture. The analyst will collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to shape solutions involving Azure-based services and operational tracking systems. This position requires working within an Agile environment and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams. The contract is for an immediate start with a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement sessions with engineering teams
- Support sprint planning and ensure stories are delivery-ready

THE ROLE - Technical Business Analyst

Day rate: c. £450 per day
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll work closely with developers, architects and product teams, helping shape solutions involving Azure-based services, integrations, APIs, event-driven architecture and operational tracking systems. Working within an Agile environment, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and onshore and offshore delivery teams, owning requirements from discovery and definition through refinement, sprint execution and implementation.

You'll need enough technical depth to engage confidently with engineering teams and understand how systems interact. Experience in some of the following would be highly beneficial:
