Summary: The Technical Business Analyst role at a real estate firm involves supporting the Tech & Transformation function by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to innovative project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Work closely with business users to understand existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to extract and prioritise detailed business and technical requirements.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Partner with developers and technical teams to design and review solutions that meet agreed business outcomes.
- Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive test plans and work with users to ensure new systems and features deliver expected results.
