Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed requirements from high-level system requirements to enable system logic and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyse and translate requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Identify process changes and translate them into detailed system requirements.
- Work with business SMEs and the programme leadership team to prioritise requirements.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure requirements are understood and support problem-solving.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings for alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns effectively.
- Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project-related processes and decisions.
- Lead the definition and oversight of user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements are met.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills within a small team.
- Take on tasks that align with role knowledge to support team goals.
- Utilise principles and techniques such as MoSCoW.
- Report into a workstream lead within the wider programme.
