Summary: This role is for a Technical Business Analyst specializing in data, divestments, and mergers and acquisitions within a leading tech organization in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business technical teams, stakeholders, architects, and third parties.
- Map process flows on data related to divestment projects.
- Document and implement appropriate workflows for data separation/migration across various platforms.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management.
Key Skills:
- Experience with divestments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Background in financial services, particularly banking or insurance.
- Strong data knowledge.
- Proven experience in Windows, M365, and O365 environments.
- Solid permission management skills in Azure, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ability to document process flows and facilitate workshops.
- General infrastructure technical knowledge.

This is a fantastic Technical Business Analyst opportunity to join a leading London based tech organisation.
The Technical Business Analyst role is Hybrid so 2 days per week onsite in the central London office remote the rest.
The Technical Business Analyst is Outside IR35.
As Technical Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business technical teams, stakeholders, Archs and 3rd parties focused on mapping process flows on data related divestment projects. Solid Data knowledge and previous experience a Technical Business Analyst on Divestments (or mergers, acquisitions etc) is essential. Some sort of Financial Services experience as a Technical Business Analyst is essential with Fund/Asset/Wealth Management being preferred. The overall tech environment is M365, Windows 10/11 so solid in depth knowledge of associated Infrastructure (including Azure) is essential. The organisation has broken away from a larger business, so the Data Business Analyst will need to understand and map existing processes and data landscape to then documents and put appropriate workflows in place for data separation/migration across Windows, M365, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Email, Exchange etc on to the company's systems. Good Project Management skills and workshop facilitation are required as Technical Business Analyst is process flows and knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall.
