The role
Looking for a Business Analyst to join a software team that delivers direct to clients, working alongside a partner who sells into the ME. The focus is capturing and mapping requirements at the start of each engagement, so developers have what they need from day one.
Essential
- Data BA experience, including data workflows
- Understanding of low-code (Power BI) and pro-code (Databricks) Product ownership: backlog ownership, prioritisation and stakeholder decisions, with real examples
- Technical credibility: works closely with developers and makes sure they're clear on the requirements
Core BA skills
- Requirements elicitation and process mapping, with a clean handover to developers
- User stories and features
- Technical architecture
- Confidence on client calls
- AI tools: Claude Code, Copilot, Lucid
Nice to have: Legal AI tech such as Legora & Harvey
This temporary contract is outside IR35 and will be delivered on a statement-of-work basis. The supplier will determine the method, resources, and approach to deliver the agreed outcomes.
