Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions for IT infrastructure and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of IT systems and applications.
• Develop and execute test plans for IT systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems.
• Drive technology initiatives related to the bank's midterm strategy.
• Attend project meetings and workshops, maintaining communication with management.
• Work across regulatory, geographic, and cultural boundaries in the EMEA region.
