Summary: The role of Business Analyst SC Invoicing involves supporting the Invoicing Team in enhancing and managing cash event solutions within the Financial Services sector. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to refine requirements and improve documentation for development. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or business analysis, particularly in financial reporting and international processes. The role emphasizes a DevOps approach and requires effective communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Product Owner to elicit and refine requirements from business and finance stakeholders.
- Refine the backlog to prepare for development.
- Expand feature and story descriptions for developer use and ensure correct interpretation of specifications.
- Define business tests and participate in business testing.
- Contribute to daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical or business analyst in the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in eliciting requirements for end-to-end and distribution processes in international environments.
- Proficient in presenting and using PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Confluence, HP ALM tool, JIRA, and basic SQL for analysis.
- Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is advantageous.
- Experience working in DevOps teams as a Business/Technical analyst.
- Experience in analyzing fiscal reporting structures is a plus.
- A quick learner capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
