Summary: The Technical Architect (SFCC/SFRA) role involves leading the technical architecture, design, and development for enterprise-level eCommerce implementations using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).   • Guide development teams on technical implementation and troubleshoot advanced issues.
  • Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, and analytics.

  • Stay updated on SFCC roadmap, SFRA updates, and eCommerce trends.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce development with at least 4 years as an SFCC Architect.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) and SFRA.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce principles, architecture, and integrations.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (client and server-side), ISML, pipelines, controllers, and OCAPI.
  • Expertise in headless commerce, third-party integrations, and CDNs.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • SFCC Developer and/or Architect certifications preferred.
