Summary: The Technical Architect role focuses on delivering secure telephony and mobile communication systems within a large Defence programme. The position requires expertise in various mobile technologies and operational service management integration. Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the Ministry of Defence's assurance and governance processes or experience in similar secure environments. The role is based in Corsham and requires SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver secure telephony and mobile communication systems.
• Implement Apple Business Manager and App Store for iOS/Android.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune.
• Oversee mobile user migrations, including SIM to SIM and SIM to eSIM for large-scale users.
• Implement Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) using Jamf.
• Integrate operational service management processes.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• Knowledge of App Store implementation for iOS/Android.
• Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Intune.
• Experience in large-scale mobile user migrations (20 - 60k users).
• Familiarity with Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) - Jamf.
• Understanding of operational service management integration.
• Knowledge of MoD's assurance and governance processes is preferred.
