Summary: The Technical Architect role focuses on delivering secure telephony and mobile communication systems within a large Defence programme. The position requires expertise in various mobile technologies and operational service management integration. The role is based in Corsham and requires SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver secure telephony and mobile communication systems.
• Implement Apple Business Manager and App Store for iOS/Android.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune.
• Oversee mobile user migrations, including SIM to SIM and SIM to eSIM for large-scale users.
• Implement Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) solutions using Jamf.
• Integrate operational service management processes.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Apple Business Manager and App Store implementation.
• Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Intune.
• Knowledge of mobile user migrations (SIM to SIM and SIM to eSIM).
• Experience with Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) - Jamf.
