Summary: A Technical Architect is sought to develop repeatable Architecture Patterns and Infrastructure Solution Designs, focusing on security and service. This hybrid role requires two days per week on-site in Guildford and is classified as inside IR35, necessitating work through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create repeatable Architecture Patterns.
• Produce Infrastructure Solution Designs with a focus on security and service.
• Support, implement, and design solutions using core technologies including Windows, Linux, Web, Middleware, Database, Security Gateways, and LAN/WAN Networking.
• Design secure, high-performing, and highly available Technology Solutions.
• Assess IT Security and Risk as part of the Architecture role.
• Work in a highly regulated environment, preferably in Financial Services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring messages to the audience.
• Utilize knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment processes.

Key Skills:

• Exposure to core technologies (Windows, Linux, Web, Middleware, Database, Security Gateways, LAN/WAN Networking).
• Experience with MuleSoft API management.
• Ability to design secure and high-performing Technology Solutions.
• IT Security and Risk experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., Financial Services).
• Relevant Technical and Business Qualifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment processes/methods/tools.
• Understanding of workplace transformation, IAM, app modernization, and integration.
