Summary: The Technical Architect role focuses on designing and implementing network solutions, specifically involving Fortinet SDWAN, firewalls, and Cisco equipment. The position requires hands-on configuration and security design work, primarily on-site at Stockley Park. The role does not require SC clearance but candidates must be eligible for it. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network solutions using Fortinet SDWAN and firewalls.
- Manage Cisco Nexus and Wi-Fi-LAN configurations.
- Perform general routing, switching, and firewall security design.
- Write and load configurations for existing and new equipment.
- Change current configurations on existing equipment.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Fortinet SDWAN and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Cisco Nexus and Wi-Fi-LAN technologies.
- Knowledge of general routing and switching principles.
- Expertise in firewall and security design.
- Ability to write and load network configurations.
