Summary: The role of Technology Resilience Architect involves enhancing service resilience through strategic initiatives and management implementations within ServiceNow. The candidate will engage in global resilience projects, focusing on improving service quality and availability for customers. A diverse background in Applications, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security, and Data is essential for success in this position. The contract is classified as inside IR35, requiring attendance at the Sheffield office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the Resilience Deep Dive process into ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM).
- Oversee the Resilience Improvements process and its implementation into ServiceNow CIM.
- Conduct investigations into Resilience Vulnerability data.
- Design migration from home-grown Technology Vulnerability management to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Lead strategic initiatives on Double Failure Resilience and Mass DR scenarios.
- Redefine and embed Recovery Time Objectives within the organization.
- Develop SLI/SLO/Error Budgets and Availability Management strategies for the organization.
Key Skills:
- Experience in technology resilience.
- Knowledge of service design, build, and operational processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and its management implementations.
- Background in Applications, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security, and Data.
- Ability to work on global resilience initiatives.
