Summary: The role of Technical Architect involves leading a team as an Interim Technology Platform Manager for Marketing Cloud, focusing on managing product vendors and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure robust development capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provisioning, technical leadership and oversight of development resources with the requisite skills.
• Continually monitoring the health of their platform, and execute processes to ensure stability, resilience, and scalability of the technology platforms.
• Ensure that their interaction with Product Owners, Service Delivery Manager and other internal stakeholders is clear and consistent whilst acting as the engagement point for the platform team.
• Take ownership and responsibility for oneself and deliverables in a non-bureaucratic environment.
• Report to the Head of Platforms (CRM).
