Technical Architect

Summary: The role of Architect (Revit) is a contract position based in London, focusing on high-profile Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong Revit skills and a background in architecture, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative designs. This position operates inside IR35 and offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine architectural designs using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead design packages or large portions of projects as required.
• Apply technical detailing and specifications writing expertise for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with UK building codes, approved documents, and international building regulations.
• Support Data Centre design, bringing analytical and creative thinking to complex architectural challenges.

Key Skills:

• Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent, with a minimum of RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Post-Part 2 work experience within a recognized design organization or client body.
• Demonstrate design flair, combining technical and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and strong abilities to model, draw, document, and detail in Revit.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent planning and organization abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Data Centre design experience is preferred but not essential.
