Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect role requires an experienced professional specializing in CSM or ITSM with strong integration skills. The architect will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions while leading technical decisions and collaborating with stakeholders on enterprise projects. This position is hybrid, based in Guildford or London, and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is 6 months with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow CSM technical solutions.
  • Develop architectural blueprints and functional designs for CSM implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation from concept to deployment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow CSM applications.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance and standards.
  • Mentor and guide development teams.
  • Resolve complex ServiceNow CSM issues as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven ServiceNow Architect with CSM expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and portals.
  • Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub).
  • Led multiple full lifecycle ServiceNow projects (minimum 3).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub spokes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Azure, AWS integrations.
  • Experience in instance consolidation, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
