Key Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years' experience of API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman
  • Design, develop automation frameworks for APIs
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Ensure API testing is integrated with software build and deployment processes
  • Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, maven) and their integration with version control tools like GitHub
  • Ability to manage E2E automation, conducting POC, feasibility checks
  • Ability to generate and create reporting and dashboard
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Good understanding of database testing
  • Sound understanding of Behavioral driven frameworks using Specflow/Cucumber
  • Validate that API endpoints send and retrieve data as expected
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs to resolution
  • Perform thorough automated regression testing when bugs are resolved
