Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years' experience of API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman
- Design, develop automation frameworks for APIs
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Ensure API testing is integrated with software build and deployment processes
- Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, maven) and their integration with version control tools like GitHub
- Ability to manage E2E automation, conducting POC, feasibility checks
- Ability to generate and create reporting and dashboard
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Good understanding of database testing
- Sound understanding of Behavioral driven frameworks using Specflow/Cucumber
- Validate that API endpoints send and retrieve data as expected
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs to resolution
- Perform thorough automated regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Utilities or Oil & Gas domain expertise is required
