Define the Compliance Fact Sheet meta-model within SAP LeanIX (DWPs Enterprise Architecture Tool).
Identify mandatory compliance domains (eg DPIA, accessibility and architectur).
Define a governance readiness scoring model.
Model, test and demonstrate in sandpit
Pilot in production with 2-3 delivery teams working closely with the Governance team.
