Systems design and feature design expertise

Troubleshooting complex technical environments
Experience creating system diagrams (eg Mermaid) and technical documentation
Ability to assess, categorise, and allocate work across teams
Strong collaboration, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with Civil Service ways of working is desirable
