Summary: The Technical Analyst role focuses on Payments systems within a leading banking client, requiring a highly technical individual to join the team on a new project. The position is hybrid, based in either Edinburgh or Manchester, with one day a week on-site. The candidate will need to translate business requirements into technical solutions while demonstrating a strong understanding of engineering disciplines and payments processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.
- Produce high availability, low-cost solutions that support customer needs.
- Conduct detailed analysis and document technical requirements.
- Create governance artefacts as deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Utilize Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage change control processes.
Key Skills:
- Experience in analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of payments processes and systems.
