Task
- Gather, analyse, and document technical and non-functional requirements, translating system constraints and architectural needs into detailed Technical Requirements Documents
- Facilitate IT activities including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ESG and Data Governance (eg BCBS239)
- Contribute to database design, including schema development, normalization, and optimization
- Work with architects and engineers to shape data pipelines, integration patterns, and metadata structures
Requirements
- Longterm project experience as Technical Analyst & Developer for ESG/Sustainability within a financial institution
- Experience of Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks and good understanding of modern data platforms and IT frameworks
- Industry experience within finance, banking and/or insurance
- Great communication and presentation skills are a must (English)
