Summary: The Technical Administrator role is a contract position based in Bristol, requiring a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meetings and appointments
  • Act as point of contact for document control
  • Undertake various administrative duties as required
  • Liaise with senior team members and executives

Key Skills:

  • Around 5 years experience in an administration capacity
  • Strong organisational, time management and work prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
  • Experience undertaking various administrative duties such as document control, scheduling meetings and managing diaries/appointments
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry (e.g. nuclear, defence, aerospace, rail, oil/gas) - ideally
  • Business administration qualification - ideally
