Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and structure network documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Update and oversee databases related to network faults and access controls.
• Manage permissions and access for network systems, ensuring security and compliance.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving network faults and issues.
• Work closely with IT and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on network status, faults, and resolutions.
• Provide administrative updates and data analysis to the network support team as needed.
