12 MONTH FTC - Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager - INSURANCE SECTOR

LONDON BASED/HYBRID WORKING

Supporting the External Reporting team in terms of technical accounting, implementation of new regulatory standards, and reporting projects.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Financial, Regulatory, Statutory, Solvency II and Management Reporting
  • Audit co-ordination
  • Preparation of technical papers
  • Lead on accounting assessments of new acquisitions, investments etc.
  • Point of contact for regulatory requests

The Person

Solid Technical Accounting and Regulatory reporting experience gained in an insurance business

Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA

Strong financial accounting skill set

Experience of streamlining processes/automation would be an advantage

Experience of Solvency II reporting would be a definite advantage

Advanced Excel ability
