Tech Support Engineer (Quest/AD) - West London - Contract - £300.00 per day

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Tech Support Engineer to work at a leading IT consultancy client on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide both remote and onsite support to a large userbase, managing migrations, upgrades and user permissions across a number of servers. The client requires an enthusiastic, client-centred engineer with excellent technical knowledge and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Experience with the following is required:

  • Quest (ideally On Demand/Essentials)
  • Active Directory domain services
  • Tenant-to-tenant migrations
  • Knowledge of Okta would be desirable
  • O365 administration and support
