Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and desk-side) to internal staff
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and AV-related issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and technical procedures
- Monitor systems and ensure a consistent support experience across global teams
- Manage office tech equipment and ensure AV systems operate effectively for events
- Collaborate with teams in different time zones and provide handovers as needed
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an IT support or technical service desk role
- Experience supporting Mac hardware, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with AV systems and conferencing tools
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Ability to follow and improve technical processes and procedures
