Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader, driving Agile values and Lean-Agile mindset across teams.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Mentor cross-functional teams to enhance agility, ownership, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver high-quality Dynamics/Optimizely solutions.
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Remove impediments to improve team velocity and efficiency.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Mandatory experience with MS Dynamics CRM/ERP or Optimizely in a delivery leadership capacity.
